1. Return Eligibility
Due to the perishable nature of chocolate products, we generally do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, returns or replacements may be considered under the following circumstances:
Damaged product during delivery
Incorrect product received
Missing items from the order
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
Order number
Clear photos of the product
Description of the issue
3. Refund or Replacement
Once the issue is verified, we may offer:
A replacement product, or
A refund to the original payment method
4. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier services beyond our control
